Identity and mission

Ru-mòre aims to showcase the best of short-form cinema and foster new connections among industry professionals. The festival selects national and international works without genre limitations, and it welcomes innovative, cutting-edge, and experimental films.

At the same time, it aspires to be an open space for directors, producers, and distributors, encouraging networking and exchange within the film industry through participation and dialogue.

Vision

The manifesto of Ru-mòre is to generate a cultural impact on the local territory, with the goal of creating an active and inclusive community. San Lorenzo is the chosen neighborhood — a strategic area of Rome known for its underground spirit, university presence, and openness to cultural diversity.

Cinema Tibur, a landmark of the neighborhood, serves as the main venue of the Festival's screenings and is part of a broader ecosystem of surrounding cultural hubs.
